Tell us what is going on. We will take it from there.
No script, no obligation, and no judgement about how things got this way. Send a message, pick up the phone, or book a free thirty-minute call, whichever feels easiest today.
A few details is plenty
You do not need it all worked out before you write. Two sentences about what is on your mind is enough. We will ask the rest when we talk.
Book a free thirty-minute call
Video or phone, whichever you prefer. You talk, we listen, and we tell you honestly whether coaching will help. Nobody gets sold to.
Booking is done the ordinary way. Send two or three times that suit you and we will confirm one, or ring and we will find a slot on the spot.
Three steps, and you can stop at any of them
A person reads it
Not a queue, not an automated sequence. Your message is read by someone who would actually be in the room with you.
We suggest a time
You get a reply with a couple of slots for the free thirty-minute call, evenings and weekends included.
You decide
After the call you choose whether to go further. If coaching is not right for you, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
The usual questions
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday. If a couple of days pass and you have heard nothing, please chase us. Email goes astray sometimes, and we would far rather you nudged than assumed you were being ignored.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. Thirty minutes, no charge, no obligation and no pitch at the end of it. It exists so both of us can work out whether coaching is worth your time before anyone commits to anything.
Pricing comes after that call, once we know what you need, which is why there are no figures on the website.
What should I have ready for the first call?
Nothing. No bank statements, no spreadsheet, no tidy story. A rough sense of what comes in, what goes out and what you would like to be different is plenty. Bringing the thing you have been avoiding is optional, though it is usually the useful bit.
What if I need urgent help with debt right now?
If creditors are chasing you, coaching is not the fastest route. Free debt advice from an authorised charity is, and these organisations give it today, at no cost:
- MoneyHelper — Free and impartial money guidance, backed by the UK government.
- Citizens Advice — Free, confidential help with debt, benefits, housing and employment.
- StepChange Debt Charity — Free debt help and managed debt solutions.
- National Debtline — Free, independent debt advice by phone and online.
Deal with the immediate pressure first. We will still be here afterwards, for the rebuilding part.
The hardest part is the first message
It takes two minutes and commits you to nothing at all.
