Writing that is meant to be useful, not found.
Short, practical pieces on money, work and the conversations people put off. Written for the person having a difficult week, not for a search engine.
Everything here is something a client asked us first
We do not write to fill a content calendar. Each of these started as a question that came up in a coaching session often enough that it was worth writing down properly: how to open a pay conversation, what to do before the tax year turns over, what an employer can realistically put in place.
So they are longer than a blog post and shorter than a guide. They assume you are intelligent, busy and have had a hard time with some of this. Take what is useful and ignore the rest.

More pieces are on the way. If there is something you would find genuinely useful written up, tell us. That is where all of these came from.
Reading is a start. A conversation is faster.
Thirty minutes, free, no pitch. Bring the thing you have been putting off and we will make a start on it together.
