Pricing

No price list. Here is exactly why.

Coaching is priced per programme rather than per hour, and we quote after a free conversation. That way the figure covers the work you actually need, not the package you happened to click on first.

How pricing works
  • Per programme, not per hour

You are paying for a plan that holds, not for time on a clock. Some sessions run long. We do not itemise them.

  • Quoted after a free call

Thirty minutes, no obligation. We can only price the work once we know what the work is.

  • The fee is the only money we make

Nothing is sold to you, and nothing is added afterwards. The quote is the whole of it.

The honest version

Why you will not find a number on this page

A published price list looks like transparency. Mostly it is tidiness. It pushes everyone into the same shape, and people do not arrive in the same shape. Someone who needs one hard, clear-headed session about a mortgage decision should not be paying for six months of accountability. Someone rebuilding after a redundancy should not be squeezed into a single hour because that was the box on the website.

So we quote after the discovery call. Thirty minutes is usually enough to tell what the work is, how long it will sensibly take, and whether we are the right people for it at all. If we are not, we say so on that call.

There is a second reason, and it matters more. In this field a low headline fee often means the money is arriving from somewhere else: a fee for the introduction, a platform paying for the lead, something waiting at the end of the conversation. Restoration Enterprises earns nothing that way. The fee you agree is the entire commercial relationship between us, and nothing else is pulling on the conversation.

You get the figure in writing before anything begins, fixed for the programme and valid for 30 days from the day it is issued. If you need longer to think, or to get it past someone else, say so and we will hold it.

What that buys you
  • A quote built round your situation, not a tier you were nudged into
  • No incentive on our side for you to buy, switch or move anything
  • No upsell mid-programme: the scope is agreed before it starts
  • A straight answer in the first call if coaching is not what you need
For individuals

Three shapes of programme

Each one starts with the same free conversation. If none of them fit the situation you are in, we will build something that does.

Three months

Rebuild

Three months is where habits change rather than intentions. Long enough for new behaviour to bed in, short enough to stay urgent.

What is included

  • 6 sessions over 3 months, fortnightly at first, monthly once things settle
  • The first session runs 90 minutes to map everything; the rest are 60
  • A written plan within three working days of the first session, updated as things move
  • Small, specific actions agreed each time and reviewed at the next session
  • Support between sessions by email or message, answered within two working days
  • A halfway review: what is working, what needs rethinking, what to drop
  • A closing session that sets out what happens after we stop

Six months

Restore

For bigger rebuilds (after a separation, a redundancy or a business that did not work) or where money and career are tangled together.

What is included

  • 12 sessions over 6 months, fortnightly at first, monthly once things settle
  • A 90-minute opening session, then 60 minutes each time after that
  • A written plan revisited every month, not filed and forgotten
  • Two formal review points, with progress set against where you started
  • Support between sessions, including the awkward weeks
  • Signposting to free specialist services where they would serve you better
  • A handover session at the end: how to keep this going on your own

Career coaching runs through all three. For plenty of people the budget problem is really an earnings problem, and working on both at once is faster than solving one and coming back for the other.

For employers

Three ways to bring this inside the organisation

Scoped on a call, quoted per programme, invoiced to the organisation. Your people get confidentiality; you get take-up numbers and broad themes, never names. Allow four to six weeks from a signed agreement to the first session.

Live sessions for teams

Workshop Series

Practical sessions delivered on site or online. The lunch-and-learn people actually turn up to.

What is included

  • Live sessions delivered in monthly blocks across an agreed term, each running 60 minutes
  • How many, and how often, is set when we scope the programme with you
  • Topics chosen from our list or built to your brief
  • Delivered on site or online, at a time that suits shift patterns
  • Slides and a plain-English takeaway sheet for everyone who attends
  • Anonymous questions collected before and during, answered on the day
  • A short written summary of the themes that came up, never who raised them

Confidential one-to-one slots

Embedded Clinics

A recurring clinic day your people book directly. The most useful conversations are the ones nobody has to ask permission for.

What is included

  • A block of one-to-one slots each month, 60 minutes each
  • Block size is set by headcount and agreed before we start, so nobody is turned away
  • Staff book their own slot; HR never sees the list
  • On site, online, or a mix across the month
  • Follow-on sessions available for anyone who needs more than one
  • Signposting to free specialist services where that is the right answer
  • Anonymised reporting every quarter: take-up and broad themes only, with any group of fewer than 5 people left out so no one can be identified

A year, planned around your calendar

Programme Partnership

Workshops, clinics and manager briefings combined, mapped to the moments in your year when money pressure spikes.

What is included

  • An annual plan built round your pressure points: pay review, bonus, restructure, parental leave, retirement
  • Workshops and clinics at an agreed monthly volume
  • Manager briefings on spotting financial strain early, and what to do about it
  • A named coach your people get to know, rather than a new face each time
  • A quarterly review with HR: take-up, broad themes, and what to move next
  • A fuller review once a year setting the plan for the next one: figures and themes only, never names, and any group of fewer than 5 people left out of the numbers

Every package, without exception

The parts that never change

Whichever programme you end up on, and whoever is paying for it, these are the terms.

  • A free discovery call

Thirty minutes before any figure is mentioned. No obligation, and no follow-up sales calls.

  • A written quote

Fixed for the programme. No hourly creep, no invoice you were not expecting.

  • Confidential sessions

What is said in a session stays there, including from an employer paying the bill.

  • A plan in writing

Yours to keep, whether you carry on or not. It is your plan, not our property.

  • No product sales, ever

Nothing is sold to you in a session, and nobody follows up afterwards trying to.

  • Cancel with notice

You are never locked in. More than 48hours’ notice and a session moves free. Inside that it counts as used. If something genuinely serious has happened, though, tell us and we will use our judgement, not the rulebook.

No hidden extras

The things we do not put on the invoice

Preparation and write-up are part of the job. Billing for them separately would only teach you to avoid asking for either.

  • The discovery call

Thirty minutes, free, including the part where we tell you coaching is not the answer.

  • Preparation time

Reading your questionnaire, your figures and your notes before a session is our time, not yours.

  • Writing everything up

Your plan, the session notes and any updates in between are part of the programme fee.

  • Short questions between sessions

Within reason. We will say so plainly if it stops being reasonable, rather than quietly billing for it.

  • Rescheduling

Life happens; we would rather move a session than waste one. Give us more than 48hours’ notice and it moves at no cost, as often as you need to.

Nothing arrives from the other direction either: we hold no relationship with any bank, insurer, platform or product provider. If a free service such as MoneyHelper or StepChange would serve you better than paid coaching, we will say so. That costs us a client and it is still the right answer.

Pricing questions

What people ask before they book

Why do you not publish your prices?

Because a price list prices a package, and we would rather price the work. Thirty minutes on a call tells us how long something will genuinely take; the quote follows from that, fixed and in writing, before you commit to anything. It keeps us honest in the other direction too. Nobody gets quoted for six months when one session would have done.

Can my employer pay for my coaching?

Often, yes. Employers fund individual coaching out of learning, wellbeing or occupational health budgets, and plenty will if asked. We invoice the organisation; they receive confirmation that sessions took place and nothing else.

What was discussed never reaches them: not in a summary, not informally. If you would rather they knew nothing at all, pay privately and we have no contact with them at any point.

Do you offer concessions or payment plans?

Ask. It is an awkward question and we would much rather you raised it than quietly decided this was not for you.

Fees can be paid monthly across the length of the programme, at no extra cost: the same total, in smaller pieces. We agree the schedule before the programme starts and it goes in the written quote, so there is no admin fee and no interest hiding in it.

We also hold a small number of reduced-fee places each quarter for people who genuinely cannot pay the full fee. There is no form and no means-testing: you ask, we agree it, and it makes no difference to how the coaching runs.

If money is very tight right now, free services may serve you better than anything we would charge for, and we will point you to them on the first call.

What happens if I need to stop part way through?

You stop. Coaching only works while you want to be there, and holding someone to a programme they cannot face is not a business worth running.

Where life has simply got busy we would usually suggest pausing instead. The plan keeps, and picking it up beats starting again. A programme can be paused once, for up to three months, for a genuine life event: illness, bereavement, a new job, a new baby. Your remaining sessions stay valid while it is paused.

Individual sessions work the same way. More than 48hours’ notice and a session is moved free of charge; inside that it counts as used. If something serious has happened, say so. We would rather use judgement than quote the terms back at you.

Is VAT included in the quote?

No, because there is none to include. Restoration Enterprises Limited is not registered for VAT, so the figure you agree is the figure you pay. Nothing is added to it.

A UK business only has to register once its taxable turnover passes HMRC’s threshold of £90,000 on a rolling twelve-month basis. We are below it. If that ever changes we will tell existing clients before it affects a single invoice, rather than letting a new line item turn up unannounced.

Either way, your written quote states the position in full. There is no version where a tax line appears on an invoice you have not already seen.
