For individuals

You are not bad with money. Nobody ever showed you a system that fits your life.

Maybe your wages vanish before payday and you could not say where. Maybe there is a letter you have stopped opening. Maybe the job pays fine and goes nowhere. Restoration Enterprises is a UK coaching practice: we find out where you actually stand, then build something you can keep to, at your pace, with nobody tutting.

Sound familiar?

Most people arrive carrying one of these

Quietly, and usually for years. None of it is a character flaw.

  • It is gone before payday and I could not tell you where.

  • There is a letter I have not opened. Possibly three.

  • I save for three weeks, then the boiler goes.

  • I earn more than ever and still feel behind.

  • My job is fine. That is the problem.

  • Something big is coming and I have no plan.

The work

What we actually sit down and do

Two halves of one conversation. Take either, or both. They usually overlap by the second session.

Your money

  • A budget that survives a real month

Built round how you actually live, with room for the birthday you forgot.

  • Debt, in an order that makes sense

Balances, rates and arrears on one page. Then what to attack, and what to hold steady.

  • A buffer between you and the next surprise

The single change that most alters how money feels.

  • The habits underneath the numbers

Why you avoid the app. Why payday feels like permission. Money behaviour is learnt, so it can be relearnt.

  • The big stuff, planned properly

A first home, a baby, part-time hours, a redundancy you can see coming.

Your work

  • Direction, when nothing obvious comes next

What you are good at, what you will not tolerate again, what comes next.

  • Progression that is not just waiting

Being visible to the people who decide, and asking for work that leads somewhere.

  • The pay conversation

Building the case, picking the moment, planning for a no.

  • Transitions

Redundancy, returning after a break, changing sector, stepping back on purpose.

Worth saying plainly

We are coaches. We help you weigh up the options, understand what each one costs you and get to the point where you can choose with your eyes open. The decision stays yours.

What it is actually like

Nobody is going to make you feel small

The first session is mostly you talking: what is going on, and what you want different in a year. You leave with two or three things to do before we next speak, small enough that you do them.

You do not need to arrive organised. Plenty of people start with the feeling and reach the figures in week three. What you say stays between us, and we have heard worse.

The practical bits

Where
Online, by video call, anywhere in the UK.
How long
90 minutes for the first session, 60 thereafter.
How often
Fortnightly at first, monthly once things settle.
Over what period
Three to six months for most people. Never tied in beyond your package, and 48 hours' notice moves a session at no charge.
Bring
Whatever you have. A notebook helps.
When
Evening and weekend slots available.
Straight answer

Who this helps, and who it does not

We would rather lose the booking than take money from someone we cannot help.

Coaching will suit you if

  • You are managing, more or less, but never feel in control.
  • You know what you ought to do and cannot make it stick.
  • You want someone in your corner who is not a friend or a partner.
  • You have a goal with a date on it and no route to it.
  • Your career has gone quiet and you want that to change.

It is the wrong help if

  • You want someone to pick a specific pension, investment or mortgage for you. Coaching helps you decide; it does not decide for you.
  • You are in a debt crisis: bailiffs, court papers, rent arrears. You need free specialist debt advice today, not coaching.
  • You want someone to run your money for you. We never take the wheel.
  • You are after a quick fix. This is months of small, dull, effective change.

In a debt emergency, go straight to these

Free, confidential, and able to do things we cannot.

How it works

Four steps, and you can stop after the first

You will always know what happens next. Nobody gets sold to.

  1. A free discovery call

Thirty minutes online, no cost, no pitch. We say honestly whether coaching will help, and who to speak to if it will not.

  2. We map where you stand

Income, outgoings, debts and the bits you have been avoiding, on one page. The session people dread and leave feeling lightest.

  3. We build your plan together

Priorities in order, steps small enough to start this week, a target you actually care about.

  4. We stay with it

Regular sessions, honest check-ins when it slips, adjustments when life does what life does.

Our side of it

Four things we promise, in plain terms

We have no client quotes to show you yet, and we will not write ones we were not given. So here is what you can hold us to instead.

You will never be sold anything

There is nothing behind the conversation except the fee you agreed. Nobody is waiting at the end of it with a product, a form or a follow-up call you did not ask for.

Nobody will make you feel stupid

Whatever the number is, we have heard it. No lectures about coffee or takeaways. The judgement you have already given yourself is doing quite enough work.

You will always know the next step

Every session ends with something specific and small enough to do before the next one. Your written plan arrives within three working days, and questions in between are answered within two working days.

We will tell you if it is not us

If what you actually need is free debt help, a solicitor or a specialist, we will say so on the first call and point you at the right door. That call is free, so there is no cost to finding out.

Questions

What people ask before they book

What does it cost?

Coaching is sold as a package, not by the hour, and we quote after the free discovery call so the figure fits what you need. If cost is what is stopping you, say so. We would rather point you at free help.

Is this debt advice?

No. Restoration Enterprises coaches you; we do not deal with your creditors or negotiate on your behalf. If you need formal debt advice, StepChange and National Debtline provide it free.

Will I have to show you my bank statements?

In time it helps enormously, but not on day one and never before you are ready. Some bring everything to the first session; others talk for a month first.

Is it confidential?

Yes. What you discuss stays between you and your coach. If your employer funds the sessions they get no notes and no names, only that the sessions happened.

How long before anything changes?

Something shifts in the first fortnight, because the first steps are deliberately small. The bigger changes: a debt gone, a buffer that holds, a new role. Those take months.

What if I fall off the plan?

You will, and we plan for it. Christmas happens, cars fail, jobs end. It is usually the most useful session we have, because it shows us what the plan got wrong.

Next step

Start with a conversation, not a commitment

Thirty minutes, free, and genuinely no pressure. Whatever state things are in, this week is a better week to start than next.
