Three services, and usually one conversation

Money coaching, career coaching, and the workplace programmes that put both in front of people where they already are: at work.

How they fit together

Pay and peace of mind are rarely separate problems

People book one service and spend half the first session on the other. Someone who cannot make the month work is often underpaid, or stuck in a role that quietly stopped keeping pace three years ago. Someone chasing a promotion almost always wants it for a reason that shows up on a bank statement.

So we do not pretend the two are unrelated. Financial wellbeing coaching starts with the money in front of you. Career growth coaching starts with the work that produces it. Whichever door you come in by, we follow the conversation where it actually goes.

Workplace programmes are the third service and the different one. Same coaching, bought by an employer and delivered to their staff through workshops, confidential one-to-one clinics and manager briefings. For a lot of people, work is where they first find out that help like this exists at all.

Common to all three

How we work, whichever one you choose

  • Confidential, always

Nothing said in a session leaves it. Where an employer is paying, they see take-up numbers and broad themes: never a name, never a topic tied to a person.

  • Judgement-free

Nobody is getting a lecture about their overdraft or the years they spent avoiding the post. We start from where you are, not where you feel you should have been.

  • Plan-led

Every programme produces something written down that you helped write: in your words, at a pace you can hold, with a first step small enough to happen this week.

  • Nothing to sell you

We are paid by nobody but you or your employer. There is no product at the end of this, so there is no reason to steer you towards one.

  • A cadence that fits real life

Fortnightly sessions suit most people, with evening and weekend slots so coaching does not have to come out of your working day. Three to six months is where habits genuinely shift.

  • Honest about our limits

If what you need is a debt charity, a solicitor or a specialist, we will say so in the first conversation rather than take your money and get there slowly.

Coaching and guidance only. Read the important information.

Not sure which one you need?

Most people are not. Book the free call and describe your week. We will tell you honestly where to start, or who else to speak to.
